- Signing off completed drainage works and ensuring compliance
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Supporting and guiding less experienced team members
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship
- Installing and maintaining drainage systems across a range of projects
- Working from plans and specifications
- Assisting with residential, commercial, and subdivision drainage works
- Operating machinery and supporting site teams where required
- Developing skills and gaining experience towards registration
- Proven drainlaying experience is essential
- Registered Drainlayer qualification, or actively working towards registration
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Strong understanding of drainage systems, compliance, and site safety
- Reliable and quality-focused with the ability to work as part of a team
