We are partnering with a leading organisation operating across third-party logistics and consumer products, known for its high service standards, innovation, and strong investment in its people. This is a senior leadership opportunity to take full ownership of a critical distribution centre and shape both operational performance and team capability.

About the opportunity As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead end-to-end DC operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role goes beyond running a site — it’s about building a culture, developing future leaders, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

You will:
  • Own and lead all DC operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and 3PL
  • Take full accountability for financial performance, cost control, and efficiency
  • Drive DIFOT and customer service excellence across the network
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a clear focus on succession and capability building
  • Shape and embed a strong safety-first and high-performance culture
  • Influence broader business strategy as part of the senior leadership team
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and performance
About you

You are a proven distribution leader who combines commercial thinking with strong, values-led leadership.

You bring:
  • Experience leading DC operations within 3PL, FMCG, or high-volume environments
  • A strong track record delivering service performance and operational improvements
  • Proven success in developing people, building leadership capability, and uplifting team performance
  • The ability to coach, mentor, and create clear pathways for progression
  • Commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and managing key stakeholders
  • Strong systems capability across ERP and WMS platforms
