Looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team on a 3–6 month contract, with potential to go permanent.
About the Role
This is a key role within the customer service and operations team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, and operations, playing a critical role in keeping communication flowing and customers supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM system
- Providing updates on deliveries and resolving customer queries
- Supporting key customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
- Liaising with drivers, operations, and sales teams
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses
- Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general admin tasks
You’re a customer-focused, organised, and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, administration, or call centre environments
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Confidence using systems (CRM experience advantageous)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Start 22nd June, with a 3–6 month contract
- Potential for the role to become permanent
