As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Prepare and enter customer orders into internal systems
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations
