About the Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, warehouse, and logistics to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Processing sales and customer orders accurately within internal systems
  • Coordinating deliveries and logistics to meet customer deadlines
  • Liaising with warehouse, operations, and sales teams daily
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Resolving customer issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
About You
You are an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong working relationships.
To be successful, you will have:
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, internal sales, or order processing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
  • Confidence using multiple systems and learning new software quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, steel, transport, or industrial industries will be highly regarded
