Roster: Monday to Friday | 10-hour days (6am-4pm) - flexible
This position suits a hands-on fitter with strong fault-finding skills and proven experience supporting production in a safety-focused environment.
Daily Duties:
- Maintain, service, and repair crushing and screening equipment
- Work on plant including Terex, Strike, Finlay, Metso, and Powerscreen
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete breakdown repairs
- Carry out shutdowns, overhauls, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow site procedures
- Work closely with operations to minimise downtime
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Proven experience on crushing & screening plant (essential)
- Strong understanding of fixed and mobile plant maintenance
- Hydraulics experience (highly desirable)
- Forklift / HRWL licences (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment
- Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
- $60-$65/hr + super (all hours) - depending on experience
- Local role - be home every night
- Monday-Friday roster (work-life balance)
