About the role
This is a key coordination and administration role, acting as the link between the office and field teams. You’ll keep operations running smoothly by dispatching jobs, supporting staff, managing admin processes, and ensuring everything is tracked, compliant, and delivered on time.
What you’ll be doing
- Dispatching and coordinating work orders to field teams
- Managing timesheets, stock takes, and job tracking
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
- Coordinating permits and access requirements
- Liaising daily with field staff, managers, and external stakeholders
- Supporting meetings, reporting, and general office operations
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident communicator who can work with a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Solid computer skills (Excel and systems, Pronto exp a +)
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or field-based environments
- Exposure to job scheduling or work order systems
- Be part of a supportive, team-focused environment
