Lead the construction delivery of a major brownfield copper restart in WA. This is a high-impact 6-month contract role for a proven site leader who can drive contractors, control critical path delivery and keep complex restart works moving safely and efficiently. This role will be working FIFO 4/3 from Perth, and offer a lucrative circa $2,000/day + super for an experienced Construction Manager .

About the role Reporting to the COO, you will lead on-site construction execution across the Mine Restart Project. You will coordinate contractors, delivery interfaces and site priorities to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and ready for handover into operations.
  • Lead integrated construction delivery across multiple workfronts
  • Drive contractor performance across safety, schedule, cost and quality
  • Manage interfaces across operations, shutdowns and commissioning
  • Own schedule discipline, risk identification and recovery actions
  • Provide clear reporting to executive stakeholders
About you
  • Strong experience in mining, processing or heavy industrial construction delivery
  • Proven success leading site execution and contractor management
  • Brownfield restart or sustaining capital project experience highly regarded
  • Strong scheduling, project controls and delivery coordination capability
  • Practical, resilient leadership style with strong stakeholder influence
