- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or senior commercial/project role within infrastructure, civil, or construction sectors
- Strong tendering, contract negotiation, and client management skills
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial and operational performance
- Experience working across project delivery and field-based teams
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset with excellent communication skills
