About Our Role:
Reporting to Business Unit Manager, you will lead, mentor, and support a friendly, experienced team of nurses and caregivers, ensuring high standards of quality care are consistently met. You bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset and are committed to service‑user‑directed, holistic care, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and put thoughtful actions in place to meet the individual needs of clients.
Skills & Experience | He pūkenga tou
- A minimum of five years’ post‑registration experience working in NZ in acute, surgical, or practice nursing, with proven experience in clinical areas relevant to community nursing.
- Current NZ Registered Nurse registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Strong leadership experience and ACC knowledge preferred
