We’re looking for an experienced Class 4 Driver to join a busy civil and paving crew in Wellington. You’ll be operating road ranger trucks, assisting with site operations, and keeping things moving across a range of projects. This role offers solid hours, a great team culture, and long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Driving Class 4 road ranger trucks on civil and paving projects
  • Completing daily pre-starts and maintaining logbooks
  • Using a radio/C.B. to communicate and follow instructions
  • Assisting paving crews and general site operations
  • Working night shifts when required (hours TBC)
What You’ll Bring:
  • Class 4 licence with confident road ranger experience
  • Paving or civil background preferred
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Must pass a drug test and MOJ check
