What’s on offer:
- Class 4: $27–$28/hr starting rate
- Class 5: $30–$33/hr starting rate
- Day shift: Start between 5–6am, finish between 4–7pm
- Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
- Curtain sider driving – 95% palletised freight
- Metro deliveries + some Waikato & BOP runs
- All freight in and out of depot (no point-to-point work)
- Mostly clean freight with minimal hand unloading
- Free on-site parking
- Ongoing training & support for licence progression
- Clean, modern and well-maintained fleet
- Complete local and regional deliveries safely and on time
- Assist with loading and unloading palletised freight
- Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
- Support general yard operations between runs
- Contribute to a tidy, efficient, and safe working environment
What You’ll Bring
- Solid work ethic, reliable and punctual (100% attendance is a must)
- Minimum Class 2 licence
- Forklift (OSH) licence – advantageous
- DG endorsement – advantageous
- Physically fit for occasional manual handling
- Strong communication skills – good written and spoken English
- Safety-focused and conscientious
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Experience in delivery driving (metro or regional)
- Experience in a transport or 3PL environment
- Positive, can-do attitude
