- $30-$35/hr for standard civil drivers
- $34-$40/hr for experienced drivers / machinery transport / tipping specialists
- Ongoing, stable pipeline of civil work
- Variety across roading, earthworks, and infrastructure projects
- Work with well-established and respected contractors
- Strong crew environments with consistent site activity
- Carting aggregates and bulk materials to and from site
- Tipping operations and machinery transport (where applicable)
- Supporting civil crews with day-to-day site activities
- Working across multiple project types including roading and earthworks
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant driving and site practices
- Assisting with general labouring and site support when required
- Class 4/ 5 licence is essential
- Proven experience in civil or construction driving preferred
- Experience with tipping, machinery transport, or bulk carting highly valued
- Strong understanding of civil site operations
- Reliable, safety-focused drivers who work well in a team environment
