The project includes bulk earthworks, underground services, culverts, pavements, asphalt and subdivision infrastructure works.

Working across active land development projects at Providence Estate, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
We're Looking For
- Experience in civil subdivision or land development projects
- Exposure to bulk earthworks, underground services, pavements and associated civil works
- Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity requirements
- Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant operations
- Monday to Friday roster only
- Typical site hours: 6:30am pre-start to 5:00pm
- No current weekend or night work requirements
- Long-term pipeline of work across multiple active projects
- Vehicle provided for Foreman and Supervisor roles
