We’re looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of local civil projects either north or south of the river, depending on your home location. As Civil Supervisor you’ll supervise daily site activity across Perth metro civil projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers while keeping works moving safely, efficiently and to program.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise civil crews across subdivisions, drainage, utilities, earthworks and road construction.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and site logistics.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and day-to-day program outcomes.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and local authorities.
- Lead from the front and maintain strong site standards and culture.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor , Foreman or strong Leading Hand ready to step up.
- Background in Perth metro civil works, ideally subdivisions/land development, roads, drainage and underground services.
- WA civil construction experience preferred.
- Experience with contractors such as Georgiou, Wormall Civil, TRACC or similar will be highly regarded.
- WA manual driver’s licence and White Card required.
- Up to $150K Base + Super, depending on experience.
- Company vehicle provided
- Local Perth metro work with a proudly WA civil contractor, no FIFO!
