Our client has built a strong reputation on the east coast and is now bringing that capability to WA. They are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to help deliver subdivision and land development projects while playing a key part in building the Perth team from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead crews, drive production and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Supervise daily site activity across subdivisions and land development projects.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and suppliers.
- Drive program, productivity, safety, quality and site standards.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and authorities.
- Lead from the front and help shape a strong local site culture.
- Experience as a Civil Supervisor , Foreman or high-performing Leading Hand.
- Strong subdivision, land development, drainage, earthworks or roadworks background.
- Confident managing crews, subcontractors and daily site priorities.
- Practical, calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- White Card and valid Australian driver’s licence.
