We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to lead crews across varied mine site civil works, including roads, intersections, airstrips, tailings dams, camp construction and dam lifts. You will join a civil contracting business with strong financial roots and an established name in the industry, that is about to launch into construction of a minesite camp and airstrip project.

The Role

You will manage day-to-day site delivery, coordinate crews and subcontractors, plan work fronts, drive safety and keep production moving. This role suits a practical, hands-on supervisor who can lead from the front and deliver civil works safely and efficiently in a FIFO mine site environment. 

About You
  • Experience supervising civil construction, earthworks or mine site infrastructure for civil contractors
  • Strong planning, crew coordination and safety leadership skills
  • Ability to manage plant, labour, subcontractors and site priorities
  • Section 26 qualification (preferred), or willingness to obtain
