- Multi‑Skilled Operators
- Excavator & Heavy Machine Operators
- Civil Truck Drivers (Class 5)
- Drainlayers & Drainage Operators
- Skilled Civil Labourers
- $26 - $31/hr - Skilled Labourers & Drainage
- $30 - $40/hr - Operators & Drivers
- Guaranteed minimum hours
- Steady winter workloads
- Modern machinery & organised sites
- Referral bonus programme
- Temp‑to‑perm potential
- Operate plant and trucks safely
- Support drainage and earthworks crews
- Load, cart and place materials
- Maintain site productivity
- Comply with H&S standards
- Proven civil site experience
- WTR / Class licences as required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Safety‑first mindset
