About the role
We're recruiting experienced civil workers across multiple disciplines for ongoing infrastructure and utilities projects in the Nelson, Tasman & Marlborough regions. You'll work with well‑run crews, modern gear and realistic programmes - rain days are far less common here.

Roles available

• Multi‑Skilled Operators
• Heavy Machine & Excavator Operators
• Civil Truck Drivers (Class 5)
• Drainlayers & Drainage Workers
• Skilled Civil Labourers & Operators

Pay rates

• $26 - $31/hr  - Skilled Labourers & Drainage Workers
• $30 - $40/hr  - Operators & Drivers

Duties

• Operate civil plant and machinery
• Trenching, drainage and earthworks
• Site preparation and reinstatement
• Tie‑in and support crew activities
• Follow health & safety processes

Skills & experience

• Civil construction experience
• Relevant licences (Class 1-5, WTR)
• Reliable, team‑focused attitude
• Physically fit and safety minded
