This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, understands how construction sites operate, and takes pride in doing a job properly. You’ll be part of a team where safety, teamwork, and strong work ethic are genuinely valued.

What you’ll be doing
- General civil labouring and site support
- Handling materials, tools, and equipment
- Concrete work, formwork, and shovel work
- Occasional machine operating (limited)
- Working in confined spaces when required
- Site set-up, clean-up, and maintaining safe work areas
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Civil or construction site experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
- Happy working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- ConstructSafe or Site Safe (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Full Class 1 license (or Restricted with ability to obtain Full)
- Confined Spaces
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test
- Satisfactory Ministry of Justice check
