What you’ll be doing
- General civil labouring and site support
- Handling materials, tools, and equipment
- Assisting earthworks, trenching, and site preparation
- Supporting operators, trades, and supervisors
- Site set‑up, clean‑up, and maintaining safe work areas
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
- Civil or construction site experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
- Happy working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
Bonus skills (highly regarded):
WTR, carpentry, formwork, or drainlaying experience.
Requirements
- ConstructSafe or Site Safe (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Full Class 1 license (or Restricted with ability to obtain Full)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test
- Satisfactory Ministry of Justice check
