This role suits a carpenter who understands site environments, works accurately from plans, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You’ll be involved in structural and civil carpentry across a variety of projects, not repetitive housing work.

What you’ll be doing
- Building and installing civil and structural formwork
- Constructing boxing, foundations, retaining structures, and concrete components
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Setting out levels and measurements accurately
- Installing temporary works and bracing systems
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and site crews
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site

Required experience and tickets These are required and are a barrier to entry:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter on civil or structural projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Full Class 1 Drivers License
- Experience in formwork and structural concrete
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
