About the Role
We are seeking experienced Civil All Rounders to join a busy and growing civil construction team. This role offers a variety of work across civil infrastructure projects, with an initial project duration of 6 to 8 months and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidates.
You will be working alongside experienced civil crews carrying out a range of tasks including drainage, concrete preparation, landscaping, general labouring and machinery operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting civil construction crews across multiple work fronts
• Drainage installation and associated civil works
• Concrete preparation and finishing support
• Landscaping and site reinstatement
• General labouring and site maintenance
• Operating loaders and other machinery where required
• Manual handling, digging and shovel work
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
What We're Looking For
• Recent experience working in civil construction
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Willing to get stuck in and perform hands on labouring tasks
• Experience in drainage, earthworks, concrete or landscaping projects
• Loader operating experience highly regarded
• WTR endorsements preferred
• Full Class 1 driver's licence preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team

• $30 per hour plus 8% holiday pay paid weekly

Required
• Recent civil construction experience
• Full Class 1 driver's licence
• Ability to pass a pre employment drug test
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Site Safe passport
• First Aid certificate
