- $100K – $120K base salary + company vehicle
This is a newly created, high-impact role with a primary focus on domestic and international freight business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new freight customers, while remaining alert to warehousing and integrated logistics opportunities within your accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across freight (road, sea, air) with the ability to cross-sell warehousing and international solutions
- Build and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new revenue and market growth
- Lead negotiations and close mid-to-large scale contracts with commercial discipline
- Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions that deliver measurable value to customers
- Present confidently to senior stakeholders, both externally and internally
- Leverage your network across transport operators, supply chain partners, and international freight agents
- Stay informed on market trends in freight, eCommerce logistics, and end-to-end supply chain solutions
- Proven experience in freight, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain business development
- Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
- Solid understanding of domestic freight networks and international freight forwarding
- Commercially astute, strategic, and highly solution-focused
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex logistics agreements
- Established network across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and import/export-focused businesses
