About the Opportunity
We're seeking a creative and motivated Brand & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of brand presence across multiple business divisions within a well-established New Zealand organisation. 

This is a varied, hands-on role combining branding, graphic design, content creation and social media management. You'll play a key role in developing engaging visual content, maintaining brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
  • Design high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, presentations and promotional materials
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, photography and video
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Manage social media channels and grow audience engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing support across multiple areas of the business
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
About You: 

You'll be a creative self-starter who loves variety, enjoys taking ownership, and is eager to get stuck into everything from branding and design to content creation and social media. This role is ideal for someone looking to make their mark, and develop their skills within a growing business. 
  • 2 Years + in a similar role (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in marketing, branding, graphic design and/or social media management
  • Relevant Tertiary Education (preferred) 
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
  • Experience creating digital content and managing social media channels
  • Video editing and content creation experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
