We're partnering with a leading explosives and blasting provider to recruit an experienced Blasting Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a major WA mine site. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, crew leadership, operational performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Lead and supervise daily blasting operations and site crews.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and explosives requirements.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and operational resources.
- Manage explosives inventory and stock accountability.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.
- Conduct safety meetings, investigations, and audits as required.
- Coach, mentor, and develop members of the blasting team.
- Previous experience as a Blasting Supervisor, Senior Shotfirer, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of explosives and dangerous goods legislation.
- WHS Statutory Supervisor Qualifications.
- G2 Risk Management qualification.
- HR Driver's Licence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
- Shotfirer Licence.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- QA Auditing experience.
- Open pit mining experience.
