The Opportunity Working closely with our recruitment leaders and consultants in the trades and labour teams, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and build a sustainable pipeline of clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging prospective clients across target markets
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Attending client meetings, networking events and industry functions
- Understanding workforce challenges and presenting tailored recruitment solutions
- Generating job opportunities for our specialist recruitment teams
- Preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and securing new agreements
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline and reporting on business development activity
- Partnering with consultants to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Building Stellar’s presence and reputation throughout the Brisbane market
