About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance represented Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda vehicles.
You will be working alongside an experienced team of Technicians that are led by a people focused leader who invests in staff development.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked within a VW, Audi and Škoda dealership or a reputable European specialist workshop and is ready to step into a position where their skills are genuinely valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing advanced diagnostics and fault‑finding using OEM‑level tools
- Carrying out high‑quality mechanical and electrical repairs
- Working with modern European systems, technology and service procedures
- Supporting the workshop team with technical expertise
- Ensuring all work meets brand‑level standards for quality and safety
- Maintaining accurate documentation and repair records
- Proven experience with Volkswagen, Audi and Škoda vehicles
- Strong diagnostic capability and confidence with complex repairs
- A high level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy, professional workshop
- Relevant trade qualification (Light Automotive)
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering premium service
