Stellar Recruitment is looking for a New Zealand based Automotive Technician to join our clients well performing workshop located in Auckland Airport as a Service Technician.
The role will involve a 40-hour work week, representing a high-volume environment with consistent workflow in a well-established franchise workshop.
The ideal candidate will have a workshop / dealership background with a strong ability to perform minor / major servicing, accessories fitment and running repairs.
To be successful in this role you will have :
- Automotive Trade qualification
- Good communication and presentation
- Ability to service and diagnose Petrol / Diesel vehicles
- 2+ Years post qualification experience on the tools
- Full clean NZ Driver’s License

Key responsibilities include:
- Service and repair vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Perform effective engine and electrical basic diagnostics
- Ensure high-quality service and communication to workshop Foreman.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes
- Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
