This is a hands-on, permanent full-time role working on a diverse range of modern equipment including asphalt machinery, heavy vehicles, and mobile plant such as skid steers, rollers, and excavators.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on heavy vehicles and asphalt equipment
- Fault finding on complex systems including CANBUS and control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs (workshop + field)
- Install and repair lighting, sensors, safety systems, and controls
- Attend site breakdowns and respond to call-outs as required
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
- Trade qualified Auto Electrician
- Proven experience with heavy vehicles, construction equipment, or mobile plant
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
- Experience with breakdowns and field service work
- Ability to work autonomously and manage onsite jobs
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
- Current driver’s licence
- Own tools (tool allowance provided)
