The Role This short-term assignment will see you providing hands-on administrative and accounts support to a busy team. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Processing creditor and debtor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing expense reimbursements and responding to account queries
- Completing credit card reconciliations
- Providing general administrative support across teams
- Acting as a central point of coordination to support day-to-day operations

You’re an experienced Administrator who can step in and add value from day one. You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts support role
- Advanced knowledge of Xero (essential)
- Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
