The Role 

The Role This short-term assignment will see you providing hands-on administrative and accounts support to a busy team. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Processing creditor and debtor invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Managing expense reimbursements and responding to account queries
  • Completing credit card reconciliations
  • Providing general administrative support across teams
  • Acting as a central point of coordination to support day-to-day operations

About You

You’re an experienced Administrator who can step in and add value from day one. You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
  • Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts support role
  • Advanced knowledge of Xero (essential)
  • Confidence using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication skills
