We’re partnering with a well-established organisation operating within the infrastructure and materials testing sector, supporting critical projects that keep New Zealand moving. With a strong reputation for quality and safety, they are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to join their Tauriko-based team.
About the Role:
This is a tempoary contract with potential to move permanent for the right candidate. Based at a busy laboratory site, you’ll play a key ole in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly for a team of around 36 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence
- Ensure all contractor Health & Safety requirements are completed on arrival
- Provide administrative support, including purchase order matching and invoice processing
- Assist with facilities coordination (e.g. fire alarm checks, WOF tracking)
- Support a well-functioning office environment and team culture
- Manage office supplies and refreshments
- Maintain tidy and organised shared spaces, including the kitchen
- Previous experience in an administration or front-of-house role
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Comfortable supporting Health & Safety processes
- Proactive, hands-on, and happy to pitch in where needed
