We’re looking for a super switched‑on administrator or recent graduate with a few years’ experience in a fast‑paced admin environment to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary basis.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory coordination and tracking
- Spreadsheet management and data entry
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Stocktaking and coordination for de‑mobilisation activities
- Supporting the de‑mobilisation team with day‑to‑day admin tasks
- Previous administration experience in a busy, fast‑moving environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with MS Teams and digital collaboration tools
- A positive team player with a can‑do attitude
- $25 per hour
