An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Administration professionals to join a busy and supportive finance team.
We are currently recruiting for:
- 1 x Full-Time Accounts Administrator
- 1 x Part-Time Accounts Administrator (2 days per week)

About the Role
Working closely with the Finance team, you will provide accounts and administrative support across a range of finance functions. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working within a busy team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier registrations
- Preparing and processing credit applications
- Supporting accounts payable activities
- Maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation
- Data entry and database management
- Assisting with finance administration and reporting
- Managing documentation and filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Administration, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of MYOB
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive attitude and strong team focus
