We're looking to connect with experienced Accounts Officers for potential upcoming opportunities across the mining, construction, engineering and heavy industry sectors.

We're looking for:
- Accounts Payable – invoice processing, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable – customer invoicing, debtor management and collections
- Purchase orders, invoice matching and resolving discrepancies
- High-volume transactions and account reconciliations
- General ledger support and month-end processes
- Accounting systems such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle, MYOB, Xero or similar
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, AP or AR position
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry is highly regarded
