Terms & Conditions for an external referral:

  1. Referred candidates must not already be in our database or have applied within the past 6 months. 
  2. Referrals must be submitted via the official form. 
  3. Only the first referrer is eligible if multiple people refer the same candidate. 
  4. Referral bonus will be paid upon candidate’s successful completion of 3 months of employment. 
  5. Referral bonus will be paid via gift card of choice. 
  6. There will be no additional referral bonus payable in the instance that a referred candidate is offered permanent work following a temporary assignment.
