Robbie McIlraith is the Co-Founder of Stellar Recruitment and is currently the Managing Director, New Zealand, where he leads strategic growth and oversees the delivery of executive search solutions for senior leadership roles across the country.
With a career spanning surveying, land development, mining, farming and talent acquisition, Robbie brings a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to every engagement.
Raised on a farm in the Waitaki Valley and a graduate of the University of Otago with a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Robbie began his career as a registered Cadastral and Engineering Surveyor before moving to Australia in 2005 to work in the Queensland mining industry. In 2006, he co-founded Stellar Recruitment, which has since grown into a trusted partner for organisations seeking transformational leadership.
Despite leading a large organisation, Robbie remains passionate about connecting growth organisations with the right senior talent through his extensive network.
