OLIVIA YARDLEY

Olivia Yardley grew up in Christchurch and holds a Commerce degree from Massey University, along with a postgraduate qualification in Health and Safety Relations. With a professional background rooted in health and safety, Olivia is driven by one core principle: ensuring every worker returns home healthy and safe at the end of the day.

 

Olivia’s commitment to wellbeing doesn’t stop at compliance, it extends into culture. As part of Stellar Recruitment’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Committee, she brings a health and safety lens to broader conversations around sustainability, ethical practices, and social responsibility. 

 

Outside of work, Olivia keeps busy playing football for the UC Football team, where she also serves as Vice President on the club’s committee - balancing leadership, teamwork, and a love for the game.
