MATT VAUGHAN

Matt Vaughan is the Key Account & Business Development Manager at Stellar Recruitment's Christchurch office. Originally from Christchurch, Matt brings a wealth of business experience from his work in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

 

His athletic prowess in rugby and cricket during his formative years earned him a sports scholarship to St Andrew’s College. At 20, he moved to the UK to play rugby professionally and took on a corporate sales role. Matt's passion for sharing his expertise led him to establish several rugby academies, training and mentoring future rugby stars.

 

This, combined with his sales experience, inspired Matt to create a personal and corporate training business, MV Corporate Health and Heal Me Well, where he and his team revolutionised health and wellbeing programmes. The company’s high-profile clients included Lendlease, NAB, Medibank, and Bendigo Bank. Recognised as a leading fitness expert, Matt was also appointed as a brand ambassador for Adidas.

 

Matt brings his extensive experience and innovative mindset to Stellar Recruitment New Zealand as the Key Account and Business Development Manager. He is excited to leverage his skills in account management and business development to drive success for Stellar Recruitment and its clients.
