FAIFILI LEVAVE

Faifili Levave is a Business Development Manager at Stellar Recruitment, bringing a unique blend of leadership, resilience, and relationship-building honed through an extensive international rugby career. Born in Wellington and of Samoan descent, Faifili played professionally for over a decade, representing teams such as the Hurricanes, Chiefs, Wellington Lions, and Samoa, as well as clubs in Japan and France.

 

Transitioning from elite sport to business, Faifili has channelled his competitive drive and strategic mindset into helping organisations build high-performing teams. His experience navigating high-pressure environments gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed - both on the field and in the workplace.

 

Faifili is passionate about creating opportunities for others and fostering genuine connections. He brings a grounded, people-first approach to business development, with a focus on long-term partnerships and tailored workforce solutions.

 

Outside of work, Faifili enjoys spending time with his family, mentoring young athletes, and staying active in the community.
