Andrew Knight has worked in the recruitment industry since 2001, building extensive experience across high-volume campaigns, specialist recruitment, and executive search within both the public and commercial sectors.
He joined Stellar Recruitment in 2020 and is currently a Principal Consultant, specialising across the building, civil, infrastructure, engineering, and renewable energy sectors throughout New Zealand.
Throughout his career, Andrew has held senior leadership and management roles with leading recruitment firms in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including Michael Page and Hays, giving him a broad international perspective and deep technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
In addition to his recruitment background, Andrew has delivered strategic consulting, operational training, and outsourcing services across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. This experience allows him to work closely with organisations to improve workforce performance, optimise recruitment processes, and deliver long-term, value-driven outcomes.
Andrew is known for his measured, consultative approach, supporting both clients and candidates through complex hiring decisions while maintaining a strong focus on quality, integrity, and sustainable results.
