SALLY PARIS

With more than two decades in the recruitment industry, Sally Paris brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit to everything she does.

 

Sally’s career began in 1995 when she left university and was selected to work with Poppy King, the Young Australian of the Year. Here, she played a key role in supporting King’s ventures before being recruited by iconic Australian businesswoman Julia Ross.

 

Inspired by Julia’s journey, from single mother to founder of a publicly listed company on the ASX, Sally went on to co-found Métier Recruitment. Under Sally’s leadership, Métier became a BRW Fast Starter and Fast 100 company. She later handed over the reins to the current owners, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and growth that she is still proud of today.

 

Returning home to Christchurch, Sally sought out an agency that shared her values. She was introduced to Robbie McIlraith at Stellar Recruitment, and the synergy was natural.

 

Today, Sally leads Stellar’s Corporate Services, Logistics, and Maintenance divisions. While she thrives in a leadership role, you’ll still find her out in the market, networking, uncovering new opportunities, and staying close to the projects that drive her success.
