An exciting opportunity is available to join a global leader in the construction and piling industry as a Yard Hand on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day maintenance and organisation of the yard while operating machinery to move plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
Stellar Recruitment is seeking a motivated individual who is hands-on, safety-focused, and can also support basic administrative tasks such as organising inspections, managing documentation, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.

- Operate machinery including forklifts, bobcats, 100t cranes, and EWPs
- Locate, retrieve, and prepare plant and equipment for transport
- Assist with plant maintenance and general yard upkeep
- Complete administrative tasks including documentation and inspection scheduling
- Ensure all yard areas remain clean, tidy, and compliant with company standards
- Support the Workshop Supervisor and team as required
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence ( required)
- Bobcat Licence ( required)
- CO – Open Crane Licence ( required)
- EWP Licence ( required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven work ethic with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
