Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping the yard safe, clean, and well-organised. Your day will involve operating forklifts to move and prepare units, maintaining yard standards, and supporting the workshop team where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operating forklifts to move and position units around the yard
- Locating, retrieving, and preparing units for transport
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and compliant yard environment
- Assisting the Workshop Manager and wider team with daily tasks
About you
We’re looking for someone reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to get hands-on. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, safety-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
