About the opportunity:
Are you a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a knack for leading people and keeping a workshop humming? As the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll be both hands-on and leading a small team, managing daily workflow in a busy heavy transport workshop, and ensuring repairs and maintenance meet the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth, safe, and efficient.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support your workshop team
- Oversee all repair and maintenance work for quality and efficiency
- Allocate tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe, positive, and collaborative work culture
- Complete necessary job and compliance paperwork
- Competitive hourly rate $47-$49 - Based on experience
