As our Workshop Controller, you will:
- Coordinate and manage workflow across the workshop
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and management
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety standards
- Proven experience in a workshop leadership or controller role
- Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
