About the role
Our clients Invercargill Water team is seeking a Water Serviceperson to support the maintenance and repair of water and wastewater reticulation networks across Southland. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a positive attitude, practical skills, and a willingness to learn within a supportive and growing crew.
 
Duties
• Repair leaks and replace tobies
• Excavate and lay pipework safely
• Operate small plant and hand tools
• Reinstate roads and footpaths post-works
• Complete field data and job documentation

Skills & experience
• Civil, plumbing or drainlaying background
• Class 1 licence essential (Class 2 & WTR advantageous)
• Basic traffic management understanding
• Reliable, motivated and safety-conscious
• Willingness to learn and work in all weather conditions
