You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing tyres across a range of heavy mobile equipment including haul trucks, loaders, graders, and ancillary gear.
Daily Duties:
- Perform tyre fitting, repairs, rotations, and inspections on heavy mobile plant
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and respond to breakdowns
- Operate tyre handlers and relevant workshop equipment safely
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with site safety systems
- Identify potential issues and report hazards promptly
- Contribute to a positive team culture and carry out duties in line with company and site procedures

- Certificate II in Tyre Fitting heavy
- Experience working as a tyre fitter in the mining industry
- Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to complete pre‑employment requirements
- Proficient in computer skills with programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and ideally SAP.
