Permanent Full-Time Tyre Fitter Positions:
Our client is seeking to employ experienced Tyre Fitters to join their maintenance team at their open cut coal mine in Central Queensland. This site offers an established but growing workforce, and our client is offering permanent positions directly with them from your first day!
About the job:
- Mechanical Maintenace and Tyre Repairs
- 7:7 roster, alternating D/N
- Camp and meals provided 15 minutes from site
- Permanent full-time positions
- Annual and sick leave accrued from your first day
- DIDO, BIBO & FIFO (salary sacrifice)
- Hourly rates from $70.82 to $72.42
To be successful for this role, the following is essential:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Tyre Fitter (mining experience preferred)
- Experience working on heavy mining equipment (Komatsu, CAT etc.)
- Cert II in Heavy Vehicle Tyre Fitting
- RII's or equivalent competencies would be highly desirable for Light, Heavy and Off the Road/Earthmoving vehicles
- Current S11 - or ability to obtain
- Current CBM - or ability to complete
