The Opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for experienced
Class 4 & 5 Truck Drivers to join a well-established civil earthmoving team in Christchurch. If you have a strong background in gravel cartage and civil transport work, this is a great opportunity to secure consistent hours, competitive pay, and a role where your skills are valued.
What is in it for you?
- $28–$33 per hour + overtime after 45 hours
- Monday to Friday (Saturday work available depending on weather)
- Full-time, long-term opportunity
- Work with a modern fleet and experienced crew
- Variety of work across stockpiling, spreading, tipping, and more
- Operating Class 4 or 5 Trucks
- Experience with road ranger trucks and truck & trailer units favoured
- Transporting gravel and other civil materials to and from sites
- Working closely with dispatch and site teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high safety standards and vehicle care
- A current Class 4 or 5 NZ driver’s licence
- New Zealand driving experience is essential
- Experience in civil transport and gravel cartage highly preferred
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
