About You:
You’ve got some experience in training or learning support and a passion for helping others learn. You’re confident speaking with people at all levels, organised, and eager to grow your skills in a safety-focused environment.
The Role:
Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, you’ll assist in delivering practical, engaging training that helps build capability and ensure compliance. You’ll use digital tools and in-person delivery to reach a wide workforce.
Key Duties:
- Assist in developing and delivering training
- Run face-to-face and virtual sessions
- Keep accurate training records and schedules
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure quality content
- Help identify training needs and support improvement projects
- Experience in a training or education-related role
- Confident communicator and strong organiser
- Certificate IV TAE (or willing to obtain)
- QLD Driver’s Licence
- Experience with Articulate 360 or LMS (nice to have)
